Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy (7MD Store)

7MD Store is committed to providing high-quality products to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, most of our products are covered by a money-back or exchange guarantee within three (3) days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

First: Return and Exchange Conditions Within Three Days

  1. Invoice: The original invoice or a clear copy must be retained.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be returned with all its original contents and accessories, in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and box.
  3. Usage: The product must not have been used.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty, return, or exchange does not apply to the following:

    • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

    • Personal care products or items that have been directly used or come into contact with the body (non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances).

Second: Warranty Provisions

Warranty Period:

  • General products: Three (3) days from the date of purchase for return or exchange (as stated above).
  • Children’s toys: One (1) week from the date of purchase.

Repair and Replacement:

7MD Store guarantees repairing the product or replacing it if repair is not possible, within the specified warranty period.

Cases Where Warranty Is Void (Not Covered):

  • Breakage or physical damage.
  • Misuse or modification of the product’s original characteristics.

If damage caused by misuse can be repaired, the repair or maintenance cost shall be borne by the customer.

Replaced Product:

The warranty applies to the first replacement product provided to the customer, and the customer is granted three (3) days to test it.

The warranty does not apply to a second replacement; it will only be eligible for repair against manufacturing defects.

Maintenance Period: The repair or maintenance period is up to fifteen (15) working days and may be extended depending on the availability of spare parts.

Third: Shipping and Maintenance Fees

  • Maintenance Costs: The customer bears the cost of delivering the product to and from the maintenance center.
  • Store Error: 7MD Store bears all delivery costs (round-trip) if the issue is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect discovered within the first three (3) days from receipt.

Fourth: Warranty for Electric Vehicles (Scooters)
