7MD Store return and exchange policy:
7MD Store sells high-quality products to satisfy our valued customers, so most of our products are covered by a money-back guarantee or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase according to the following conditions:
1. Keep the invoice or a copy of it.
2. You must keep all product components intact and the carton as received.
3. The warranty does not apply to products returned without the box and accessories included with the product.
4. The product will be exchanged or returned to the customer within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used and is exactly as the purchasing condition.
5. 7MD Store guarantees that the product will be repaired for the customer during the warranty period or exchanged if repair is not possible during the warranty period.
6. The warranty does not include breakage, damage to the product, misuse, or change in the characteristics of the product. If it is possible to repair or maintain the damage resulting from misuse, the cost will be paid by the customer.
7. The warranty applies to the first product that was exchanged for the customer, and the customer has 3 days to try the product and ensure that it works efficiently.
The warranty does not apply to the second product that was exchanged again for the customer, but it is subject to repair only (against manufacturing defects).
8. Personal care products and products used directly and in contact with the body are not subject to return or exchange under any circumstances.
9. The cost of bringing and returning the product via delivery companies to and from maintenance is borne by the customer.
10. 7MD Store will bear the delivery fees if the error is from the company or there is a manufacturing defect in the product within three days of receiving the product.
11. The maintenance or repair period is (15) working days and can be extended depending on the availability of spare parts for the product to be repaired.
12. The warranty is only for the product or device itself and does not include attachments or accessories included with the device.
13. Children’s toys:
It is subject to warranty for only one week from the date of purchase.
Children's cars (scooters) have a 3 month warranty on the battery only.
14. Scooters:
The elderly scooter has a one-year warranty on the battery and motor only.
All other types of scooters have a 6-month warranty on the battery and machine only (the warranty does not include the charger)
Tabby service:
It is a service provided by 7MD Store Company to its valued customers with the aim of distributing products in installments in exchange for a percentage added to the price of the product by agreement of the two parties, the seller and the buyer, and it is 7% for Tabby Company.
Return policy for Tabby service:
* *If there are manufacturing defects in the product, the amount paid by the customer will be returned in full without deducting any fees.
* * If the customer wants to return the product based on his request and the product does not have any manufacturing defects, the product will be returned with the Tabby service fee deducted.
